From there, you can complete your purchase directly on the ticketing platform's website. Please note that we do not sell tickets directly and are not responsible for transactions made on the online ticketing platforms' websites.

Heated Events acts solely as an online event promoter and does not directly sell tickets. We are not responsible for ticket sales, delivery, refunds, or ticket management. Any transaction made on an online ticketing platform is governed by the terms and conditions of that specific ticketing platform. Please review the specific sales and refund terms provided by the online ticketing platform before making your purchase.

For any questions regarding a reservation or ticket modification, please contact the online ticketing platform directly where you made your purchase. Heated Events does not have access to your reservation information and cannot make any modifications on your behalf.
